A Coastal 1770 Manor & Cottage located just outside of Clonakilty, Ireland. Noel Redding, bass guitarist for the Jimi Hendrix experience moved to Dunowen when he left the band and lived here for 30 years until his death. The music room has lots of memorabilia, tour posters, and little reminders of Noel's life. It is near the start of the The Wild Atlantic Way, a 2,500 km (1,553 mile) coastal driving route along the west coast of Ireland. It runs from Malin Head in County Donegal in the north to the town of Kinsale in County Cork in the south, passing through nine counties and featuring dramatic cliffs, remote islands, and scenic headlands.
